Administrative Coordination

We work with legally compliant procedures in line with the German Skilled Immigration Act (§81a) but also with the repective authorities in the respective Bundesland The qualification assessments needed for professional recognition are organised simultaneously with the visa application process. This efficient coordination allows candidates to relocate to Germany legally and securely within around 6–7 months.

Continued Support

We provide dedicated, individual support for each nurse throughout the entire journey — from official government appointments and administrative processes to relocation and settling into everyday life like finding the right sportsclub or -also very important – the right church or any other community. We stay connected at least for one year upon the arrival with 24/7 availability and also offer psychological guidance for any challenges the new life might bring. When needed, we also help with family reunification.
